The Dufresne Group in Whitby is hiring Sales Associates for our Ashley Canada licensed store at 1650 Victoria St E. This role offers rewarding sales opportunities, a clear path to growth, and hands-on training in a dynamic home furnishings environment.

You'll guide guests, meet sales targets, stay current on products and trends, and build relationships through calls and in-store visits. Flexibility for days, evenings, and weekends is required; guest focus and results drive success.

Formación

• High school diploma is required.
• 2+ years of sales experience (retail or commissioned preferred).
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

What You Bring

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on the sales floor
