Job summary

QE Home in West Vancouver is seeking a Sales Associate to welcome guests, guide them through our collections, and help them find the perfect home pieces. You’ll support daily store operations and stay current on product features and promotions.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in retail or guest service, a genuine passion for people and home décor, and a professional appearance that reflects the QE Home brand. Open availability is helpful for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to every guest who walks through the door.

• Maintain merchandising and visual standards to keep a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing, restocking, and processing transactions.
• Stay up to date on product features, benefits, and promotions.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Providingexceptional, personalized service to everyguestwho walks through the door.
• Buildingmeaningful connections by listening, asking questions, and offering thoughtful product recommendations.

The Physical Side of the Role

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to shift, push, reach, stretch, twist, bend, pull or maneuver weight over 50 lbs. to fold, stock and build or display merchandise. In addition, you may be required to change beds including moving a mattress to put on a bed skirt.
• Comfortable climbingladders formerch merchandising and stock.
