Job summary

Carter’s Inc. is looking for a Sales Associate in Vaughan, Ontario. You’ll be the first face of the brand for growing families, warmly greeting customers and helping them find baby essentials, apparel, and school readiness items.

In a fast-paced retail setting, you’ll resolve issues, process transactions, replenish stock, and explain promotions and loyalty programs. The role offers a flexible schedule, a 30% employee discount, mental health benefits, and opportunities to grow with the Carter’s

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service.
• Able to assist customers with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and assist with product choices.
• Resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Process transactions accurately at the POS/register.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain promotions and loyalty programs to customers.

What You’ll Do:Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefitsConfidently and proactively resolve issues for customers and balance a number of customers in a busy retail environmentMeet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experienceExecute and expedite point of sale/register transactionsComplete floor replenishment and shipment as neededArticulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customersMinimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store
