Job summary

SNDL Inc. in Sylvan Lake (ACE Liquor Sylvan Lake) is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to support daily store operations, help customers, and keep the store clean, organized, and compliant. You will greet shoppers, answer questions, and assist with product recommendations.

This fast-paced team environment rewards reliability and a positive attitude. ProServe Certification is preferred (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks.
• Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age.

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you support the daily operations of the store by ensuring customers have a great experience and the store remains clean, organized, and compliant. Your responsibilities include:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks

What We’re Looking For
