The Role:

Our Retail team seeks a Sales Associate at our Queen St. location! Join our growing team at size? Canada to enhance your customer service skills and gain industry experience. As a Sales Associate, you will deliver exceptional guest experiences and contribute to the success of our store.

Responsibilities:

• Process POS transactions and handle merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishing stock, markdowns, and maintaining fitting rooms.
• Build lasting customer relationships through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and positively.
• Stay informed about product and service updates.
• Engage with customers on culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online store orders.
