The Role:

Our Retail team is seeking a Sales Associate at our Queen St. location! Join our growing team at size? Canada to enhance your customer service skills and gain experience in the fashion industry. The Sales Associate ensures an outstanding guest experience and contributes to the success of the team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishing stock, markdowns, and maintaining fitting rooms.
• Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and positively.
• Stay informed about our products and services.
• Engage with customers about culture: fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online orders.
