The Role:

We are seeking sales associates for our Dufferin Mall location. Join our growing team at JD Sports Canada and enhance your customer service skills while gaining valuable experience in the fashion industry. As a sales associate, you will ensure an outstanding guest experience and support the success of our team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks, including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
• Build lasting relationships with customers through helpful service and communication.
• Resolve customer issues effectively, promptly, and positively.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Engage with customers about culture, including fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture.
• Process and assemble online store orders.
