Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values. The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build lasting relationships, with the goal of developing customers for life.

• Retail experience, preferably in apparel.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Understanding of retail operations such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
• Self-motivated with good judgment in all situations.
• Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to build buy-in for ideas, decisions, actions, products, or services.

COMPENSATION

Our Sales Associate base pay ranges from $16.75 to $19.53 per hour, depending on location and experience. The hourly rate varies based on market, knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.
