Job summary

Carter’s is hiring a Sales Associate in Steinbach, MB. You’ll greet customers, explain product features, and help families choose baby essentials and kids’ clothing.

In a fast-paced retail environment you’ll resolve issues, assist with omnichannel shopping, process transactions, restock shelves, and promote brand loyalty programs while maintaining a welcoming store atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Able to communicate clearly with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a warm welcome and explain product features and benefits.
• Confidently resolve customer issues in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to support a positive shopping experience.
• Process transactions at the POS and ensure accuracy.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Promote current promotions and the brand loyalty program.
• Help minimize store loss by maintaining store standards and safety.
