Job summary

Ace Liquor Discounter on Wye Road in Sherwood Park, Alberta, is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join our team. You’ll help customers, ring up sales, restock shelves, and keep the store clean and organized.

If you enjoy delivering friendly service in a fast-paced setting and are willing to obtain ProServe if needed, this role includes on-the-job training, a supportive team, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset.
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts.
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks.
• Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
