Job summary

Ace Liquor Discounter Keswick is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver friendly customer service in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll help customers, keep the store clean, and ensure smooth daily operations.

Training will be provided, and a supportive team environment is emphasized. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are able to lift up to 40 lbs, and hold or be willing to obtain ProServe certification.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Valid ProServe Certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

As a Sales Associate, you support the daily operations of the store by ensuring customers have a great experience and the store remains clean, organized, and compliant. Your responsibilities include:

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations
• Operate the cash register, process payments, and issue receipts
• Restock shelves, receive deliveries, and complete basic inventory checks
• Check customer ID to verify legal purchasing age
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment

What We’re Looking For

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset
• Valid ProServe Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
• Reliable, positive, and willing to support the team to meet shared goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
