Job summary

Aaron’s is seeking a Sales Associate in Canada to drive sales by engaging directly with customers, helping them find what they need, and maintaining a positive sales floor. You’ll also work with customer files and contracts, and assist with organizing and moving merchandise as needed.

The salary range for this role is $13.00 to $13.75 per hour/annually.* This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Additional requirements:

• Able to perform a physical job including lifting 50 lbs. without help and 300 lbs. with a dolly (don’t worry, we’ll train you and give you the tools to do it safely)
• Age: 18 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
