Job summary

Aaron’s, Inc. in Prince Albert, SK seeks energetic Sales Associate to engage customers, demonstrate products, and maintain a clean showroom. You’ll help customers find items, assist with merchandising, and support daily store operations.

The salary range for this role is $18.50 to $21.00 per hour*. This position is also eligible for incentive pay based on performance.

Aaron’s Sales Associates are a positive, energetic force on the showroom floor. You’ll drive sales by engaging directly with customers and assisting them in finding just what they need. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Help customers select their new products.
• Assist with cleaning, organizing and moving merchandise.
• Perform clerical duties, including creating and maintaining customer files.
• Maintain a positive sales floor environment.
• Assist customers and potential customers in person and on the telephone.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to work a schedule of hours varying from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on your own and up to 300 lbs. assisted with appropriate equipment and/or another associate.

Preferred Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
• High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
