As A Sales Associate, You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Engaging with customers, discussing opportunities for improvement in their products and services, and answering any questions easily.
  • Maintaining an active client portfolio tracking customer referrals, installations, and cancellations.
  • Complying with client privacy policies and procedures to build a relationship built on trust and integrity for the customer and client.
  • Collaborating with team members to share sales and marketing strategies, new product knowledge, and industry insights.
  • Contribute to team goals and actively participate in regular sales meetings and brainstorming sessions aimed at exceeding sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining a high standard of customer service
  • Attend daily training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills and suggest service solution strategies to management based on customer feedback.

Sales Associate Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • A desire to continuously improve and develop new skills, both professionally and personally.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
