The Dufresne Group is hiring Sales Associates for our Red Deer store located at 110-5250 22 St. We offer a dynamic, guest-focused environment where you can grow professionally, meet sales goals, and enjoy team discounts and benefits. Strong communication, a results-driven approach, and flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends are essential. Prior retail or commissioned sales experience is preferred.

• A confident, results-driven sales approach.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on the sales floor.
