List of Requirements

1. Ability to stand for long periods of time, lift up to 30 lbs, climb ladders, perform light housekeeping duties
2. Customer service oriented
3. Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
4. Friendly, positive, and outgoing personality
5. Previous sales experience in women’s retail fashion an asset
6. Experience with meeting sales goals/targets an asset
7. Knowledge of POS systems and comfortable with cash register
8. Punctual and reliable

List of Duties

1. Provide guests with a personalized shopping experience and excellent customer service
2. Greet and assist customers using Suzanne’s Customer Service Experience Sequence
3. Process transactions accurately and efficiently on POS system
4. Meet or exceed store sales goals and targets
5. Perform opening and closing duties
6. Collaborate with team to maintain a clean and organized store
7. Stay up to date on Suzanne’s fashion trends and merchandise arrivals
8. Build relationships with guests to create a loyal customer base
