Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate plays a vital role in promoting our core values. The main objective of this position is to provide exceptional service to customers and build relationships with them. The goal is to develop customers for life.

What We’re Looking For

• Retail experience, preferably in apparel.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers.
• Understanding of retail operations such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation.
• Self-starter with good judgment.
• Excellent presentation skills in a retail environment.
• Upbeat, optimistic, passionate, and friendly attitude.
• Ability to understand customer needs.
• Ability to build buy-in for ideas, decisions, products, or services.

• Resolve customer issues effectively and promptly.
• Contribute as a team player to the store’s success.
• Perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks such as receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep.
• Stay current on product and service updates.
• Maintain a visually appealing store through product presentation, replenishment, housekeeping, and visual displays.
• Adhere to all Loss Prevention policies and guidelines.
