ECCO, one of the world’s premier footwear companies, is now hiring for a Brand Ambassador / Sales Associate. We seek a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our retail team.

WHO YOU ARE!

As an ECCO Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals by ensuring a world-class shopping experience for our guests.

Essential responsibilities will include:

1. Educating guests about product features, advantages, and benefits to help them make informed buying decisions.
2. Proficiently operating the cash register, including accountability for variances on assigned drawers.
3. Being knowledgeable about loss prevention awareness.
4. Maintaining general housekeeping daily.
5. Assisting management with non-selling tasks such as shipment processing, stock counts, and maintaining product displays.
6. Adhering to ECCO’s policies and procedures, including scheduling and dress code guidelines.

You need strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize work, superior organization and follow-up skills, and the ability to act as a Brand Ambassador by exercising good judgment in resolving customer service issues.

A positive attitude and willingness to contribute to ECCO’s culture of passion, innovation, and sustainability are essential. You should act as a role model for your team, demonstrating effective selling skills and techniques on the sales floor.

Compensation:

$16.75 to $17.54 per hour; competitive pay based on relevant skills and experience.
