Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

1. Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. You'll impress with your product knowledge, customer service skills, and enthusiasm for pop culture.
2. Maintain the sales floor and ensure that your designated areas meet visual standards.
3. Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes including store layout, wall displays, fixtures, and merchandising.
4. Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
5. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells or wizardry, maintaining store security.
6. Help keep the stock room organized and the store tidy.
7. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth store operations.
8. Perform any other activities as assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need

• Previous retail experience preferred. Passion for music and pop culture is a plus!
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• You must be at least 16 years old to join the team.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products using store equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
