What a typical workday looks like

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will assist and advise customers while working to maximize sales. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers warmly
• Helping customers find products, answering questions, explaining features, and suggesting other items
• Being available in the fitting room
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals (training provided)
• Preparing and displaying products to enhance the shopping experience
• Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
• Sharing new product knowledge with customers
• Processing transactions at the cash register
• Following policies and procedures of head office departments
• Performing additional duties to support the team
