We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Retail Team as a Sales Associate.

THE DETAILS:

You’ll be joining our Centre de liquidation EQ3 Laval team at 1828 Boul. le Corbusier, Laval, QC H7S 2K1, in a full time capacity

  • You’ll act an ambassador of our brand, taking care to ensure every customer feels like a guest in our home. It’s your job to give a positive first impression, find the items they need, and suggest additional items to help build their dream space
  • Once their items have been selected, you’ll help customers check out and process their payment. At the end of the day, you’re responsible for reconciling daily payments and storis reports with total sales
  • You’ll work with the team to keep the storefront clean, organized, and visually appealing. You’ll also handle return/go-back items
  • You’ll support management in promotions and customer events, and support the warehouse team with contacting clients, scheduling pickups/deliveries, and ensuring the accuracy of orders

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Experience selling in a retail environment
  • High school diploma. Post-secondary experience in sales and retail customer service would be considered an asset
  • Proficiency in retail operations and systems (Point of Sale, Microsoft Office)
  • A high standard of quality when it comes to customer service, performance, accuracy, and sales goals
  • The ability to self-motivate, organize, and be persuasive in their communication style
  • The ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods of time
