Your area of focus:

The Automotive Sales Representative interacts with customers online, over the phone, and in person to guide them through vehicle purchases. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of customer-facing experience, a proactive "hunter" mentality, and a proven track record in relationship building.

Daily responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers, maintaining a professional environment
  • Answering questions about vehicles and financing options
  • Building rapport and assisting with vehicle selection and payment terms
  • Maintaining customer database for sales follow-up
  • Presenting vehicles through test drives and demonstrations
  • Negotiating sales following dealership standards
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business
  • Staying current with training requirements
  • Performing other duties as assigned

Must-haves:

  • Must be 18+ years old
  • Valid CA Driver's License and acceptable Driver’s Abstract
  • Pass pre-employment background and MVR screening
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s preferred
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role, with retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to meet physical demands of the role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outgoing personality with a drive to meet sales objectives
