Responsibilities

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head‑to‑toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and accessories.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.

Store Operations & Execution

• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining fitting rooms, handling cash, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer‑ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Teamwork & Culture

• Work together with teammates and leaders to meet store goals.
• Participate in training and coaching to learn, grow, and level up.
• Bring positive energy and help create a respectful, inclusive, team‑oriented environment.
• Apply a solution‑oriented mindset and jump in where needed to support the team.
