Job description

The energy of Steve Madden is represented, first and foremost, by our Sales Associates and Store Managers. We rely on our retail sales team to share product knowledge and the latest fashion trends with all our customers. We seek high-spirited, motivated and energized associates who deliver exceptional customer service to every person that enters our stores.

Qualifications:

• Strong skill-set in providing excellent customer service in a fast paced environment with multiple customers.

• Ability to sell multiple products with a seamless transition from floor to cash-wrap.

• The ability to manage tasks and responsibilities efficiently in a timely manner while helping/serving customers.

Flexible Availability:

You may be required to work days, evenings, weekends, and some holidays as our business operates following Halifax Shopping Centres established hours of operation.

Physical Demands:

This job may require you to work on your feet for extended periods of time (7.5 hours maximum) on hardwood/cement flooring. You may also be required to handle boxes with a total weight of 20lbs. Ladders are used on-site and in confined spaces.
