- Ensure exceptional standards are achieved and maintained.
- Maximize stock potential through effective merchandising and display standards, promotions, and use of Point of Sales materials.
- Ability to up-sell other products and maximize one-to-one sales opportunities.
- Work alongside management to maximize profits, exceed clients' requirements, and set an amazing standard of customer service.
- General administration: consultations, returns, repairs, workshops, etc.
- Converse with clients via telephone, email, and live chat to drive sales.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of luxury retail sales experience, ideally in jewelry.
- Experience liaising with high-end clientele is advantageous.
- Confident telephone manner.
- Proactive team player.
- Problem-solving: employ critical thinking to identify possible solutions.
- Flexibility: be able to adapt quickly and efficiently in line with the changing needs of the role.
- Have a keen interest in new software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
