Carter’s Inc. in Corner Brook, NL, is hiring a Sales Associate to welcome customers, share product knowledge, and help families find baby essentials and school readiness items.

You will handle in-store and omnichannel needs, process transactions at the register, stock shelves, and promote current promotions and the brand loyalty program. • Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.

What You’ll Do:
