Typical Workday

Under the supervision of the store management team, your responsibilities include assisting and advising customers to maximize sales. Your tasks will include:

• Greeting customers warmly
• Helping customers find products, answering questions, explaining features, and suggesting items
• Being available in the fitting room
• Meeting and exceeding sales goals
• Organizing products on the sales floor
• Maintaining store cleanliness
• Sharing product knowledge with customers
• Processing transactions at the cash register
• Following company policies and procedures
• Supporting team activities as needed
