Orangetheory Fitness (OTF) is a trendsetting franchise fitness organization with 1000+ locations in the US and Canada. We are currently seeking qualified Fitness Sales Associates who are eager to drive sales and deliver excellent service in our professional group fitness training facilities. Our ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, basic sales experience, and a passion for fitness. We seek successful, self-motivated individuals to assist in managing all "front of the house" operations. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets related to packages, memberships, renewals, retail, and concession sales, as well as maximizing workout traffic. Flexibility during early mornings, evenings, and weekends is preferred.

Job Duties Include:

1. PM shift required (3 - 8pm)
2. Greet members and guests enthusiastically to create a welcoming environment
3. Establish and maintain an effective referral program
4. Conduct inquiries, follow-up, and customer care calls
5. Lead studio previews with prospects and/or fitness program holders
6. Follow daily studio cleaning protocols
7. Maintain an organized and clean front desk area
8. Process cash and credit transactions accurately
9. Respond promptly to member requests and concerns
10. Proper onboarding of all clients
11. Collaborate with the Fitness Team to meet operational goals
12. Attend relevant training programs

Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of sales and/or customer service experience
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office and Mind Body Online (MBO) system

Additional Requirements:

• Previous sales experience with strong skills, preferably in a quota-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Fitness-minded, able to take 1-2 classes per week to effectively describe workouts
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• CPR & AED certification

Work Details:

• Part-time position
• Starting at $15/hour
