Join the loudest store in the mall! We're looking for music and pop culture fanatics to help create the best experience for our customers. As a Hot Topic Sales Associate, you'll be a key part of our success by providing excellent customer service, sharing your fandom knowledge, stocking and replenishing products, and merchandising the store in a visually appealing way, all while focusing on the in-store experience.

What You'll Do

1. Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages customers to return, impressing them with your product knowledge and customer service skills.
2. Maintain visual standards by covering the sales floor zone and ensuring assigned areas are well-presented.
3. Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote additional benefits like BOPIS and curbside pickup. Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, & merchandising mix updates.
4. Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
5. Work with Store Management to prevent theft and misuse of spells and wizardry.
6. Support store maintenance by organizing the stock room and keeping the store tidy.
7. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve store goals.
8. Perform any other activities assigned by your Store Leader.

What You'll Need
