Overview

At Frito Lay Canada, the Zone Administrative Assistant will work closely with the Zone Sales Director, Zone Business Manager, and District Sales Leaders within the zone to ensure the team meets all key performance indicators.

Responsibilities
  • Answering and directing phone calls; Local Process Owner for all Sales Communication Devices
  • Updating reports, vacation schedules, and Global Control Systems
  • Making travel arrangements and scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Consolidating sales data and files within multiple systems as a systems expert
  • Managing Zone accounts payable using the purchase card and reconciling monthly
  • Assisting in controlling zone expenses by tracking charges to each cost center
  • Ensuring annual completion of all expense accruals
  • Ordering and maintaining supplies
  • Meeting annually with Marks Work Warehouse for employee uniform orders
  • Coordinating uniform order gathering
  • Organizing, tracking, and paying invoices across multiple vendors and customers
  • Supporting Fleet department activities such as scheduling maintenance, payments on rentals, parking infractions, and 407 ETR
Qualifications
  • Experience in a consumer packaged goods or retail organization in an administrative role
  • Support experience with senior leaders, working with Directors or Executives with high responsibility scope
  • Excellent communication skills, personable, and capable of autonomous problem-solving
  • Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities, problem-solving, and meeting deadlines
