Sales Assistant Full Time - COBS on West Broadway

Your Role as Sales Assistant

As a Sales Assistant, you will be an expert in freshness, delivering a great in-bakery experience to our customers. No experience is necessary—just the right attitude and willingness to learn. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with regular customers
• Merchandising products and executing marketing campaigns
• Maintaining bakery cleanliness and assisting with baking and production as needed

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Is committed to providing personable customer experiences
• Has a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Is reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn new skills
• Enjoys working as part of a team and with people
• Previous retail experience and handling transactions is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Standing and walking continuously during shifts
• Using both hands frequently
• Lifting up to 7.5 kg regularly, and occasional lifts up to 22 kg
• Reaching, bending, and turning as needed
