Sales Assistant Entry Level

As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital part in propelling our business forward! Your duties will involve expanding our customer base, enhancing brand recognition, and contributing to our overall sales and marketing strategy!

Responsibilities:

• Introduce products and services to potential customers, tailor packages to fit their needs, and complete sales.
• Process sales orders accurately and completely using Salesforce, and meet sales targets.
• Take part in the full sales cycle from lead qualification to customer acquisition.
• Deliver sales presentations to new and current customers.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
• Work with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales outcomes.
• Assist the Manager with sales team activities, including lead assignment, scheduling, and preparing statistics for daily meetings.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Business, Advertising, or Communications is an asset.
• Must be excited to work in a fast-paced environment where individual actions impact overall company growth and success.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• 1-3 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Personal vehicle and a valid driver's license are preferred.
• Must be comfortable going through a background check with Sterling when hired.
