We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join our Superstar team. We're a small tight group with about 20 office employees. Our work environment is very positive and team oriented.

Our Focus:

We are extremely focused on building long term relationships with our existing customer base and providing the highest level of customer service and support to them. Of course, we are always looking for new customers to work with as we continue to strive for growth.

Job Responsibilities:

The Sales Assistant provides sales and admin support to the Sales Team. Responsibilities include:

  1. Customer Service: answering inbound calls/emails in a friendly and timely manner.
  2. Provide administrative support for sales team.
  3. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability to customers.
  4. Assisting with promos for tradeshows, events & stores.
  5. Updating price sheets and catalog lists.
  6. Assisting with marketing & social media posts.
  7. Coordinating with Admin, Sales and Warehouse teams.
  8. Maintaining showroom to ensure it is always stocked and clean.
  9. Assisting with misc. tasks as needed.

We are looking for someone who:

  1. At least 1 year of previous experience in Administrative role.
  2. Previous Sales/Marketing experience is an asset!
  3. Has a desire to improve and learn new things every day.
  4. Great analytical skills and ability to research products quickly.
  5. Great attention to detail.
  6. Sharp and punctual.
  7. An individual who is motivated, eager to learn and has a positive attitude is always at the top of our list!
  8. Potential to grow into a Jr Sales position after 6 months to 1 year.

Job Type: Full Time/Permanent/In-office.
Hours: 8am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Wage: $20/hr to be reviewed after 3 months.
