Our team at Richcraft Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Sales Assistant to work out of the Richcraft sales office in the West End of Ottawa.

The Role:

Our team at Richcraft Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated part-time Sales Assistant to work out of the Richcraft sales office in the West End of Ottawa.

In This Role, You Will:

1. Welcoming potential homebuyers while providing exceptional customer service
2. Help potential homebuyers find the right home by presenting knowledge of Richcraft products
3. Answering phones and replying to emails from prospective home buyers
4. Other duties as required to support the Sales Office

What You Bring:

1. Previous experience in new homes sales is an asset
2. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
3. Highly organized with an attention to detail
4. An active listener with responsive skills

Hours: Thursday 12-7pm and Saturday and Sundays 12-5pm
