ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking experienced Sales, Artistry, and Education Executives in key US cities to serve Sephora, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience within Sephora, with a background in sales, education, artistry, and management. The role involves working Tuesday-Saturday, with significant in-store and consumer-facing activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets in designated territories.
- Train and support Beauty Advisors and Lead Beauty Advisors during visits.
- Prioritize key shopping moments, primarily Tuesday through Saturday.
- Demonstrate Patrick Ta artistry techniques to enhance brand heritage during interactions.
- Plan and execute weekly events, surpassing monthly goals.
- Manage a territory with a team of freelancers.
- Build and maintain retailer relationships.
- Increase revenue in key product categories.
- Lead by example in sales, training, and artistry.
- Hire, train, and manage freelance support teams.
- Organize and participate in events and training sessions.
- Gather consumer insights for leadership.
- Coordinate store fixtures and promotions with store teams.
- Manage budgets and freelance schedules.
- Travel within the assigned territory as needed.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Cosmetics industry experience and artistry skills are mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years in cosmetic sales within a multi-brand environment.
- Experience as an Account Coordinator or Sales Leader in a designated market.
- Proven leadership and management success.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for Patrick Ta Beauty and attention to detail.
- Proactive, organized, and self-motivated.
- Ability to motivate large freelance teams.
- Strong sales track record in cosmetics.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to travel within the territory.
- Excellent multitasking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to set goals and prioritize effectively.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
