  • Coordinates, monitors, and supports engineering and design timelines required for preliminary and construction stage designs intended for proposal through to execution phases.
  • Collaborates with the mechanical team to review and approve fabrication drawings, ensuring accuracy and quality, and oversees the fabrication and assembly process to meet project specifications.
  • Establish and enforce inspection test plans for RAYHAWK implementations at customer sites, ensuring contractors, vendors, and customers are held accountable for their deliverables from project initiation to completion.

  • Develops project schedules, allocates budgets and resources.
  • Manages vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality fabrication and delivery of RAYHAWK systems and components.
  • Follows up with customers and / or internal contacts to ensure expectations are and remain aligned.
  • Tracks project measurables (e.g. quoted vs actual hours, allocated vs budgeted resources and materials, continuous improvement logs) to assess project profitability, efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain meticulous records of all designs, updates improvements on existing designs’ records.
  • Oversee on-site installation as per the project requirements and commissioning of mechanical and software systems.
  • Coordinate with software & mechanical engineers for field testing, troubleshooting, and final tuning if required.
  • Provide training to clients on both mechanical operations and software interfaces.
Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will hold a PMP designation or possess equivalent project management training, supported by a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related discipline. Additional coursework or professional experience in software systems will be considered a strong asset, as the role requires bridging mechanical engineering expertise with advanced software integration. Candidates should bring 10–15 years of relevant industry experience, including a minimum of three years in a position that combines mechanical project delivery with software-based solutions. A proven track record in managing complex projects from design through to commissioning is essential, and experience with industrial automation, controls, or embedded software systems will be highly regarded. This combination of credentials, hands-on technical expertise, and cross-disciplinary integration skills will enable the successful candidate to excel in delivering RAYHAWK’s innovative systems from concept to field performance.
