The Sales and Services Account Representative is responsible for maintaining the brand and market presence of a well-established environmental solutions company and developing relationships with customers. The role also involves generating new market opportunities through lead development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct in-home environmental testing and assist homeowners in diagnosing potential issues.
  2. Perform in-home presentations to demonstrate products, educate customers, address objections, and recommend solutions for water-related problems.
  3. Inspect installation sites and calculate costs.
  4. Maintain customer relationships.
  5. Engage with prospects, respond to referrals, gather customer needs, and set appointments.
  6. Communicate weekly schedules and lead status to management.
  7. Deliver effective presentations, promote promotions, and assist customers in decision-making.
  8. Process orders, collect payments, and coordinate installations.
  9. Participate in post-sale follow-up, generate referrals, and thank customers.
  10. Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
  11. Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • No experience necessary; paid training provided by a certified trainer.
  • Appointments are prearranged with safety guidelines in place.
  • No sales quotas or pressure; a competitive compensation package with incentives, bonuses, full benefits, and a positive work environment.
  • Own vehicle required; professional appearance and positive attitude essential.
  • Full-time positions available with a 5-day work week, no weekends or holidays required.
  • Wage ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 annually, paid weekly, plus benefits and bonuses.
