Position Overview

Who is a Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Coach)?

The Fitness Coach position is a sales and service-oriented role. Candidates should be energetic, approachable, passionate about fitness, and eager to assist members. This role involves developing sales and customer service skills while coaching members on the use of club equipment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Prospecting for new memberships, follow-up, and sales
2. Generating leads through community events, outreach, referrals, and partnerships
3. Building relationships with members, understanding their goals, and advising on lifestyle changes
4. Booking appointments and conducting tours for prospective members and corporate clients
5. Coaching new members on cardiovascular and weight training orientations
6. Assisting members with fitness concerns and ensuring satisfaction
7. Managing front desk operations, greeting members and guests
8. Maintaining cleanliness of the club

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience
• Passion for fitness and helping others
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Willingness to work variable schedules

• CPR certification within 3 months of employment
