We're seeking a skilled Sales and Sample Assistant to support one of the largest distributors of floor and wall products' growth in the west end.

Duties may include, but are not limited to :

  • Designing and producing sales samples to showcase products
  • Providing assistance and resources to outside sales and design team members to enhance their performance
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales databases, contacts, and records
  • Developing sales materials, such as brochures, flyers, and presentations, with basic graphic design skills
  • Keeping the company website current with fresh content, product information, and promotions
  • Creating and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms to build brand awareness and drive sales
  • Overseeing the storage, tracking, and organization of sales samples
  • Placing orders for new sales samples and replenishing stock as needed
  • Receiving, organizing, and storing new sample stock, ensuring inventory is accurate and well-maintained

Are you Qualified?

  • 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in sales support or marketing
  • High School Diploma required; post-secondary education in Marketing, Design, Business Administration, Communications, or related field is an asset
  • Strong technical and design skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Wix, and Social Media platforms
  • Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric approach
  • Ability to work independently, stay motivated, and meet results-driven goals
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable working in a fast-paced back-office environment

Wage : $25.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on experience

Schedule :

Monday to Friday – 8 : 00am to 4 : 00pm
