To support our ambitious growth goals, we seek a Production/Sales Manager to oversee client relations, manage service delivery, and generate new business through strategic marketing and sales efforts. This role is perfect for a results-driven leader who thrives in customer service and sales.
What You’ll Do: Sales & Business Growth (60%)
- Identify and target new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and marketing initiatives.
- Generate leads by canvassing neighborhoods, engaging with commercial property managers, and leveraging digital marketing.
- Follow up with potential clients, provide service quotes, and close sales.
- Upsell additional services (e.g., gutter cleaning, pressure washing) to existing clients.
- Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Production & Client Relations (40%)
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers from booking to job completion, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience.
- Schedule and coordinate job appointments, making sure crews are dispatched efficiently.
- Conduct post-service follow-ups to maintain client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
- Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues professionally.
- Work closely with the cleaning crews to maintain high service quality and efficiency.

- Industry Knowledge (Preferred) – Prior experience in window cleaning, home services, or a similar field is an asset but not required.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales and business development.
