Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions for consumer and commercial customers, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Manage inventory of vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Generate new business leads and foster existing customer relationships.
• Ensure customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Internship or related sales/customer-facing experience preferred.
• Results-oriented with attention to detail and good time management.
• Valid Class G / Class 5 driver’s license and ability to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Regular attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel within the district, work scheduled hours, and complete necessary employment procedures.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to read, communicate, analyze information, and follow instructions.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs / 12 kg.
