Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Canada Inc. is seeking a Sales and Operations Management Trainee in Delta, BC to blend sales, operations and customer service into a fast-paced role.

You will work with a high-energy team and receive training to advance across sales, operations, finance and technology. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a valid driver's license, with opportunities to travel within the district and to the US for training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business or Marketing.
• Valid Class G/ Class 5 drivers license required; ability to drive Penske vehicles including a 26' box truck.
• Ability to travel to the US for training.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred.
• Results oriented with attention to detail and good time management.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.
• Willingness to travel within the district and to work at the specified location.

Responsibilities

• Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions to local and national accounts - including many of the Fortune 500.
• Manage our large inventory of world class and nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced and dynamic workspace
• Generate new business leads as well as foster existing customer relationships
• Ensure complete customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Other projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Salary: $26.25/hr
