Job Title : SDR - Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant

Work Schedule : Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9AM – 6PM EST

Employment Type : Remote | Long-term

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic Sales & Marketing Virtual Assistant who can think critically about campaign planning, craft compelling content, and execute drip campaigns over the next few months to generate and convert leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear, multi-channel drip campaign strategy (email, social, ads) to nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Manage and schedule campaigns using email marketing and marketing automation tools (e.g., Go High Level, etc.)
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and continually optimize messaging, cadence, and targeting
  • Collaborate with the internal team to align campaign content with overall brand and sales objectives
  • Track leads in a CRM and follow up according to campaign workflows

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience creating and executing sales or marketing campaigns, especially drip email campaigns
  • Demonstrated success in generating leads and converting prospects via strategic campaign planning
  • Excellent copywriting skills for email, social posts, ads, and landing pages
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to optimize based on data
  • Self-starter who can work independently and manage deadlines
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Reliable internet connection and backup power preferred
