• Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Represent Bell brand professionally and deliver excellent customer service.
• Meet weekly with your team to strategize, set goals, and review sales performance.
• Manage leads using Salesforce CRM.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor as the face of Bell Canada.
