Position Overview :

We are looking for a driven and knowledgeable Sales and Marketing Product Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in biomedical / pharmaceutical related studies and a passion for sales, health, and wellness. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business growth, building meaningful customer relationships, and expanding our presence both locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities :

• Promote and represent the company’s portfolio of dermatological devices to healthcare professionals and institutions.
• Plan and execute customer engagement strategies in alignment with broader sales objectives.
• Identify, engage, and grow a customer base by conducting client visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales data, and account activities using CRM tools.
• Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients through regular follow-up, responsiveness, and technical product support.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business development.
• Implement territory sales strategies and regularly review performance to meet or exceed targets.
• Prepare quotations and proposals, ensuring compliance with pricing policies and commercial terms.
• Attend and actively participate in product and sales training programs to enhance knowledge and effectiveness.
• Participate in industry events, seminars, or exhibitions to promote product awareness and company visibility.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and customer satisfaction and post-sales service.
• Submit timely reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market intelligence.

Qualifications :

• Education : Bachelor's degree in BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES OR PHARMACY RELATED FIELDS
• Experience : Preferably some experience in dermatology or medical sales, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Skills :
• Strong understanding of medical or aesthetic devices, sales, and interest in clinical applications.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Working proficiency in English (mandatory); Mandarin is a plus.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused mindset.
