Responsibilities

  • Analyze market research data to improve business decisions or activities
  • Conduct economic or commercial surveys to identify potential markets for products or services
  • Develop all kinds of events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes
  • Develop communication strategies
  • Direct the production of educational and publicity programs and informational materials
  • Establish distribution networks for products and services
  • Evaluate an organization’s Internet presence
  • Supervise staff, train staff, and motivate staff
  • Develop promotional materials
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate advertising campaigns
  • Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies
  • Answer written and oral inquiries
  • Coordinate publicity events and promotions
  • Maintain and manage digital database
  • Provide ongoing support to clients after sale
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff
