Job Overview

The Manager, Marketing & Sales for the Spruce Grove Saints will assist the Director of Sales & Marketing in driving sales operations, developing marketing programs to increase revenue and profits, and managing media properties including website and social media platforms. The role involves creating content, managing campaigns, overseeing ticketing, sponsorships, and game presentation, and supporting game day operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead group sales efforts with monthly goals and reporting.
2. Implement strategic marketing plans.
3. Manage ticketing operations.
4. Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities.
5. Develop marketing campaigns for new products and promotions.
6. Assist with game presentation and social media management.
7. Support game day operations.

Qualifications and Requirements

Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and travel across Western Canada as needed. Other duties as assigned.
