Job description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Sales & Marketing Director for an established construction client in Ottawa. This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing high-level strategies that drive lead generation, firm sales, and brand visibility.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive base salary, commissions, and benefits, based fully on-site in Ottawa.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an integrated sales and marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
  • Oversee the performance of sales and marketing teams, providing clear direction, mentorship, and accountability.
  • Drive lead generation initiatives and ensure strong conversion rates through optimized campaigns and outreach efforts.
  • Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and market presence to ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies, community launches, and promotional plans.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Foster strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and strategic partners.
  • Ensure effective use of CRM systems, marketing tools, and reporting processes to support both departments’ success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
