Job title: Sales and Digital Marketing Analyst

Job Summary:
As a Sales and Marketing Analyst, you’ll engage with prospective clients across Canada and the US, leveraging your knowledge in telecommunications and computer technology. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with 1-2 years of Sales & Marketing experience, who also thrives to get commission-based earnings to grow in a dynamic field.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing:

  1. Develop and implement go-to-market strategies tailored to the RF chambers, absorbers, and filters market.
  2. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer pain points, and competitor positioning.
  3. Design and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals and technical product offerings.
  4. Create value-driven messaging and branding strategies to position the company as a leader in the industry.

Digital Marketing:

  1. Build and optimize an integrated digital marketing strategy using SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  2. Manage and enhance the company’s website to improve engagement, lead generation, and user experience.
  3. Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including technical blogs, white papers, and webinars, to showcase expertise and drive inbound traffic.
  4. Leverage LinkedIn marketing for B2B lead generation and client engagement.
  5. Analyze performance metrics from digital campaigns and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.

Client Engagement and Growth:

  1. Design and implement strategic partnerships with complementary service providers, enabling turnkey solutions.
  2. Identify and nurture B2B leads through the sales funnel using CRM tools.
  3. Collaborate with sales and technical teams to create customized client solutions that demonstrate value.
  4. Organize and attend industry events and conferences to promote the brand and establish connections.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Ability to understand and communicate technical specifications effectively.
  2. Strong skills in market analysis, positioning, and competitor benchmarking.
  3. Proficient in designing and executing targeted marketing campaigns.
  4. Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and SEO/SEM platforms.
  5. Skilled in content creation, email automation, and PPC campaigns.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and technical staff.
  8. Thrives in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  9. Willingness to learn and adapt to emerging marketing tools and platforms.

Requirements:

Pay: $38,500.00-$50,000.00 per year

  1. Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

  1. Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
