We have partnered with our client in the Mississauga area who is actively looking for experienced individuals to join their team.

The Sales and Marketing Administrator will support the Executive Vice President and collaborate with the marketing and sales team to achieve business objectives.

Position Details
  • Position: Marketing & Sales Administrator
  • Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract (possible permanent)
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Location: Mississauga, ON
  • Pay Rate: $22-24/hr

Responsibilities
  • Support field sales representatives, handle new business account enrollments, process account changes
  • Manage VIP enrollments and setups
  • Process invoices and track Purchase Orders against budgets
  • Reconcile budgets with purchase orders and invoices
  • Generate monthly and ad hoc reports
  • Resolve client-specific rate issues
  • Respond to customer service queries via email or phone
  • Manage customer surveys
  • Liaise with operational team and create city-specific rates
  • Conduct sales or marketing research, liaise between teams, assist on projects
  • Manage community social media accounts
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years in sales/support/administrative role
  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, good interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, able to prioritize in a busy environment
